Hello, 

I am passionate about helping people become a better version of themselves by offering a safe environment that allows them the possibility to explore their own healing. My goal as a therapist is to provide empathy and guidance to help you navigate through life's obstacles. I am a graduate of Grand Canyon University and I have over 18 years experience working with children , neurodiverse population ,and adults suffering from mental health issues such as, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, family issues, and behavioral concerns.  I will utilize a variety of treatment modalities that include advocacy, CBT, DBT and trauma informed approaches to reach treatment goals. Through a client centered collaborative approach, we will work together to establish your goals and work together to help you find your voice.
