I believe that seeking support is a courageous step, and I am honored to be considered part of your healing journey.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work (MSW) with an emphasis on providing therapy

to adults from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My passion is helping individuals navigate life's challenges by providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person's unique experiences and goals.

My clinical interests include working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma-related disorders. I utilize a client-centered, strengths-focused approach and incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I strive to create a therapeutic experience that is collaborative, empowering, and personalized to meet your individual needs.

I have a deep appreciation for the important roles that community, family, and religious or spiritual networks can play in healing. I practice with cultural humility and am committed to fostering a highly affirming, validating, and inclusive therapeutic environment where you feel

heard, respected, and supported.

My overall goal is to help clients improve their mental health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. I believe meaningful change begins with greater self-understanding, the development of healthy coping strategies, and recognizing the strengths you already possess.
